A jewel in the crown of the Fylde coast, Sandcastle Waterpark is the UK’s largest Indoor Waterpark boasting fantastic slides and attractions while its visitors bask in a amazing tropical 84 degree climate. 

Project Overview

The team at Sandcastle Waterpark were passionate about presenting a vibrant, fun and family-friendly presence to all of it’s potential visitors. Starting with a dynamic logo, created by our talented team of designers and illustrators… Heckford set to work on a myriad of ways in which we could turn this amazing site into a visual centrepiece on Blackpool’s Golden Mile.

Incredible window graphics and atmospheric interior signage.

Sandacastle Waterpark’s incredible site boasts a huge vista of windows on it’s front elevation which presented us an opportunity to introduce Contra Vision® murals to a scale unparalleled in Blackpool, if not the North West.

Built up metal lettering

As we venture inside, our team collaborated on a suite of signage including the Waterfalls café-Bar where we created beautiful built-up metal letters which created a wonderful contrast against the faux rock face and water feature…truly enveloping visitors in the idea that the café was set within the heart of a tropical vista.
